Updated 8 November 2026
Komodo 4D3N itinerary for groups on Arfisyana: a sample route built on the 3D2N, with Sebayur and a spare day for weather. The whole boat costs IDR 57,500,000 (≈ USD 3,528) to IDR 77,500,000 (≈ USD 4,755); 20 guests pay IDR 3,880,000 (≈ USD 238) each, park package on top.
Komodo 4D3N itinerary for groups: a sample route built on the 3D2N
Four days are priced on the rate card, and this is the route we plan for them: a sample, finalised with the captain by weather and by your flights.
Day one matches the 3D2N: pickup between 10:00 and 11:00, sail at 11:00, then Kelor on foot, a first snorkel off Manjarite and sunset at anchor off Kalong. Dinner is at anchor.
Day two is the long stretch from Padar to Manta Point: sunrise climb, Pink Beach, Komodo Island with a ranger, then a snorkel at Taka Makassar and the last one at Manta Point. Day three is Sebayur, with a snorkel and a free afternoon. Day four is Kanawa and the run back to the quay.
Compared with three days, the sample adds two things. One is Sebayur. The other is slack: a free afternoon, and one morning without an alarm before dawn.

These stops swap order with tide and wind: Manta Point ⇄ Taka Makassar.
Times are operating patterns, not a timetable. Pickup is the only promise we make by the clock.
A fourth morning: Sebayur, slower starts, a spare day for weather
The fourth morning buys time, and for a big group time is the scarce thing. On the 3D2N, day two asks everyone to rise before sunrise, climb, walk, swim and snorkel, all in one go. On the 4D3N, the same day sits beside a day that is slower.
Sebayur is the new stop. It is a place for a snorkel and an unplanned afternoon: swim, read, nap on the sun deck, play cards at the saloon table. Teachers and team leads like it because nobody is herded anywhere. Cousins like it for the same reason.
The extra day also gives the plan a spare. If the sea or the wind closes a stop on day two, the captain can move it to day three without cutting anything out. On a 3D2N that same change means losing the stop. A sample route is a plan, not a contract, and the spare day is why a 4D3N changes less on the day.
Three nights at anchor: headcount, quiet hours, early risers
Three nights aboard, all at anchor. The captain chooses each anchorage by weather, and the boat stays put from dusk until morning, so the group sleeps where the boat has stopped. Plan for three things.
Headcount: count the group at every landing and every evening. On three nights a missing phone charger is a nuisance, and a missing student is an incident. Agree who counts, and who counts the counter.
Quiet hours: 20 guests share five cabins, and the bunk rooms sit close together. Agree an hour after which the sun deck goes quiet. The crew will ask a loud group to settle, and the chaperone should ask first.
Early risers: someone always wakes for the dawn. Give them tea, a corner of the deck and a rule not to wake the bunks. The guide on anchorage nights covers this in more detail.
The 4D3N fare, by group size
One fare covers the whole boat, and the band depends on your headcount. The table below gives all five bands for four days, with each guest's share at the top of every band.
The fare leaves out the park package per head, tips, flights and hotels. Alcohol stays on your own bill, not part of the fare. The park package follows the trip type, and the park fees page shows the figure for four days. For a guide or documentation, ask, and the quote comes separately.
Charters longer than four days are on request. Tell us the length and the dates, and we quote in writing.
| Guests | per boat | per person |
|---|---|---|
| 1–4 | IDR 57,500,000 (≈ USD 3,528) | IDR 14,380,000 |
| 5–8 | IDR 62,500,000 (≈ USD 3,834) | IDR 7,810,000 |
| 9–12 | IDR 67,500,000 (≈ USD 4,141) | IDR 5,620,000 |
| 13–16 | IDR 72,500,000 (≈ USD 4,448) | IDR 4,530,000 |
| 17–20 | IDR 77,500,000 (≈ USD 4,755) | IDR 3,880,000 |
Per head for four days: what 20 guests pay each
A full boat of 20 pays IDR 3,880,000 (≈ USD 238) each for four days. Set that against IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) each for the 3D2N. The gap is the price of one more day, split twenty ways.
Look at it per head and per day. Four days cost more in total, but each day costs less than a day on the 3D2N, because the boat fare steps up by less than a full extra day. Whether that is worth it depends on the group. A fit alumni group will enjoy the slow days. A class with a fixed school week cannot spare them.
Add the park package to each share before you announce a total. Hold the dates with 50 percent down, then settle the rest 30 days ahead.
Book four days: dates, name list and deposit
To book four days, send three things: the dates, the headcount and the hotel where the group sleeps the night before. We answer with the band, the fare and a written date check, as of 8 November 2026.
Then the deposit of 50 percent holds the boat. Next comes the name list, spelled as on passports or ID, about a week before sailing. Last, the balance, 30 days before departure.
A four-day trip needs more leave than many groups can free. The cancellation bands are on the terms page, and the rescheduling fee applies if you move the dates, so read them before you promise the group four days.
Ask us on WhatsApp. One message with the headcount and dates is enough to start.

FAQ
Which routes are fixed, and which are sample routes?
The 3D2N is the standard route, with stops and clock times from two independent listings. The 1D, 2D1N and 4D3N are priced on the same bands and planned as sample routes. The captain finalises each with you by weather and flights.
Does the 4D3N still visit Komodo Island, Padar and Pink Beach?
On the sample route, yes. Day one matches the 3D2N. Day two holds Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island and a pair of snorkels. Day three adds Sebayur, and day four ends at Kanawa. The captain fixes the order by weather.
What does the 4D3N cost per person for 20 guests?
A full boat of 20 pays IDR 3,880,000 (≈ USD 238) each on the 4D3N, which is the whole-boat fare divided by 20. The park package per head is paid on top, with tips, flights and hotels. Guide and documentation are on request, quoted apart.
