If the dates are open, send a range and say how flexible you are. If the headcount is moving, send your best guess and the edges, for example between 14 and 18. The band follows the final number, and we tell you early if a guest more or less moves the fare.
Use the WhatsApp buttons here and the group-leader message arrives pre-written; you only fill the blanks. Both official numbers appear in the contact card on this page, and either one reaches the reservation team.

Our hours are Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA); inside them, every message gets its reply the same day. A message sent at night waits for the morning. Put the three numbers in the first line.
Attach what helps us plan, not what makes paperwork. The group type: a class, a team, a family, an alumni year. The arrival times of flights in and out. Any diet or mobility need in one line each. A rough idea of who sleeps where, if you have one, with the teachers or chaperones named as a group.
Leave the passport scans for later. The name list, exactly as printed on passports or ID, is due about a week before sailing, and we tell you how to send it when the booking is firm.
Company, NIB and invoice account: who receives your transfer
Our legal name is PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia and our NIB is 1805260128363, registered in Labuan Bajo. Arfisyana is the boat; we arrange the charter. The box below prints the company details and the official numbers, so you can check them against any message you receive.
Payment details come on one invoice in the company's name. If a message gives you different bank details, stop and write to us on an official number before you transfer anything. A real booking does not mind a double check.
