Arfisyana in pictures, and the gaps

The Arfisyana gallery shows the hull, the covered saloon, the sun deck and the five cabins, photographed from the boat's side and resized only. A few gaps remain, and this page names them rather than hiding them.

Photos of the boat: hull, saloon, sun deck and five cabins

Walk through the pictures as a guest would meet the boat. First the hull seen from the water, then the covered saloon where the group eats, then the sun deck with its lazy chairs and bean bags, and last the cabins. The two Master Cabins have double beds; the three Sharing Rooms have bunks.

Look at the bunks properly. Three of the five rooms are bunk rooms, and photos of them show exactly that. They are right for students, teams and cousins. They are wrong for a couple wanting privacy, and the pictures do not hide it.

The photographs come from the boat's side. They are resized for the web and not recoloured. Light on a sunny deck is flattering, so allow for it, and expect the real saloon to look a little more lived in once 20 people are in it.

Shots we still lack: bathrooms, galley, the tender

Some views are thin or missing. Only a few frames show a bathroom, and none show the galley where the chef cooks. We have no good picture of the tender that carries you to the beaches, and no picture of guests in action on a normal trip.

We would rather tell you than fill the gap with a stock photograph. If the bathroom matters to your group, ask us, and we ask the boat team for a recent picture or a short description in writing.

Measurements are the other gap. Read no picture here as a ruler; ask us for cabin sizes and bed widths and we answer in writing. Count heads and bunks instead; those we can state.

You have the best pictures, and we would like to see them. After your trip, send your group's photographs on WhatsApp and say what you want shown. Faces only with the permission of the people in them, please, and nothing of other guests' children without their parents' say. A caption from you, with the stop and the month, makes the picture useful to the next leader.
