How to book a Komodo boat for a group on Arfisyana: send three WhatsApp messages. Headcount and dates first, then the deposit of 50 percent, then the name list. Booking a Komodo boat for a group takes three messages and one date. No form.
Message one, from you on WhatsApp: the headcount, the dates, the length you want and the hotel for the night before. Message two, from us: the headcount band, the whole-boat fare and a live check of the date. Message three, from you: the deposit receipt, and from then on the name list.
Arfisyana has no weekday schedule. Any date the boat is free can be yours, so there is no departure list to pick from. We check the date live on WhatsApp, as of 8 November 2026, and write the date into the reply.
A taken date gets a plain no in the same chat, with the nearest free dates either side. Our hours are Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA); inside them, every message gets its reply the same day.

Pay a deposit to hold the dates, then the balance before sailing
Down payment: 50 percent of the fare, which holds the dates. Everything left is due 30 days ahead of sailing. The table below shows both for your route and band.
Work it out for the group early, before the first guest asks what the total is, because the first guest always asks. Divide the deposit by the headcount and add the park package per head, so every guest knows what they owe on day one. Ask each guest to pay their share to you, then pay us in one transfer. One payer is far easier to track, check and chase than twenty separate transfers from twenty separate banks.
On the day of departure we also accept cash or EDC for what remains, with the fee for the channel. Ask us before you rely on that, because a group of 20 handing over cash at a quay is a poor way to find out about limits.
If you change the date or cancel, the booking terms page lists the refund bands and the rescheduling fee. If Arfisyana cannot sail on your dates, you get a boat of the same standard or better, or a full refund within 2 days.

Deposit 50% to confirm, balance 30 days before departure. You can also settle the balance in Labuan Bajo on the departure day, in cash or by card on the EDC machine.
Foreign cards, PayPal, EDC or bank transfer: the fee for each channel
Four ways to pay, each with its own fee. A card link adds 3 percent. PayPal adds 7.2 percent. EDC, the card machine, adds 3 percent. A bank transfer goes to the one account named on your invoice, and we send no other account number in any chat.
From abroad, the card link and PayPal are the easy routes, since they take foreign cards and convert at your bank's rate. A transfer from abroad can carry fees at your bank's end, which we do not control. For a large sum, pick the channel with the lowest percentage you can accept.
Verify who you are paying. The company is PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, registration number 1805260128363, with opening hours Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). The block below repeats these details with the official WhatsApp number. If a message asks for money to any account that does not match the invoice, stop and ask us.
Each channel fee is added on top of the payment, and the fare itself stays as quoted.

Fees: card payment link 3%, PayPal 7.2%, EDC card machine 3%. Your issuing bank may add its own charges.
The name list: passport or ID details due a week before sailing
The name list is the group leader's single document. Send it about a week before sailing: one line per guest, with the name written as the passport or ID writes it, plus date of birth and nationality. Park tickets are issued from this list, so a typo costs time at the quay.
Add the park package per head to the sums at the same moment. Each guest pays it on top of the boat share.
If the headcount changes after you book, the band follows the final number: 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16 or 17-20. Tell us early. A drop from 17 to 16 moves the fare to a lower band, and a rise from 16 to 17 moves it up. We confirm any change in writing before you pay the difference.
Infants up to age 2 ride free with a parent. A child from age 3 counts as a full share. List children with their birth dates so we count them correctly.
Booking for 2027: ask early, get the dates in writing
Rates for 2027 are on request. This site shows the 2026 rate card, and the 2027 figures come in writing once the card is issued. Do not treat a 2026 price as a quote for next year.
A group of 20 should ask early. The dates a school or a company wants, around holidays and long weekends, are the dates other groups want as well. Send the headcount and the window, and we check the dates live in the chat. Only the paid deposit locks a date for your group; until it lands, another party can still book that date, so pay the deposit as soon as the date is agreed.
When the 2027 card exists, we send it in writing with its date of issue, so a figure in your inbox always carries a date you can check. Until then, plan with the 2026 band figures and expect a written quote to replace them.

How do we find out whether our date is free?
Send us the dates and the headcount on WhatsApp. This is a private charter with no weekday schedule, so the boat takes any date it is free. We check the date live and reply with the date written in, as of 8 November 2026, so you can forward the answer to the group.
Which payment routes work from abroad, and what does each cost?
PayPal costs 7.2 percent, the card link 3 percent and the EDC machine 3 percent. A bank transfer goes to the one account on your invoice instead. Each fee sits on top of your payment. None is tucked into the fare, and none is a surprise at the quay.
What must the group leader send us before sailing?
One name list, spelled as on passports or ID, about a week before sailing, with each guest's date of birth. Also the park package per head, the deposit, and one contact for the group. If the headcount changes band, we confirm the new fare in writing.
How far ahead should a group book?
As early as your dates are fixed. A group of 20 should ask well ahead, because school and holiday dates fill first. Until the deposit is paid we check the date live but do not hold it. For 2027, rates come on request, and the 2026 rate card stays on view until then.
