Arfisyana Indah Phinisi
Twenty people, five cabins, one fare and one leader
Updated 8 November 2026
Komodo group trip, one boat for the whole group: Arfisyana holds up to 20 guests across 5 cabins, and the whole of it belongs to your party. On the standard 3D2N, 20 guests pay IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) each and 12 guests pay IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307) each, before the park package.
One boat, one group: 20 guests, five cabins
One boat, one group, up to 20 guests. Everything on this site follows from that sentence, so a group leader can stop comparing cabins and start counting heads.
Arfisyana has five cabins. Two are Master Cabins with a double bed each and an extra bed on request: 3 guests each, 6 together. Three are Sharing Rooms with bunks for 4, 6 and 4 guests: 14 together. Six plus fourteen is 20, and without the extra beds the boat has 18 standard beds. Each cabin brings its own bathroom, AC and a window onto the sea.
Nobody else sleeps aboard. No second party fills the empty beds, no stranger shares a bunk room with your cousins, and the date does not wait for other bookings. If the group is 11 instead of 20, the boat still sails with 11 and the fare follows the band.
The cabins page shows the bed plan room by room. Use it to draw the rooming for your group on paper before anyone argues about it in a chat.
Split the fare: each guest's share from 4 to 20
The boat fare is one number, and your job is to divide it. A full boat gives the lowest share Arfisyana offers. Below that, the band decides.
Take 16 and 17. Sixteen guests sit at the top of the 13-16 band and pay IDR 4,060,000 (≈ USD 249) each on 3D2N. Seventeen sit at the bottom of the 17-20 band, pay the same boat fare as 20, and each pays IDR 4,120,000 (≈ USD 253). If you are one guest above a band line, ask us what the band does before the invitation goes out.
The park package per head is paid on top of each share, so tell the group two numbers and not one. Tips, flights and hotels are the guests' own. A guide or documentation is possible on request, quoted on its own. The group charter page has the share at every headcount.
Put the shares in a sheet before the first message. A group argues about a number it has seen and about a number it has not, and the first is cheaper.
When the headcount moves: drop-outs, late joiners, more than 20
Headcounts move. Someone drops out in week three, a cousin joins in week five, and the band follows the final number. Tell us as soon as a name changes, and we confirm the new band and fare in writing before anyone pays the difference.
A drop-out after the deposit falls under the booking terms. Ask us how a smaller headcount changes the band before you promise anyone money back. Better still, agree a rule with the group before you collect a single share: a guest who drops out finds a replacement, or the share stays in the pot. Write that rule into the first message.
Children count as well. Under age 3 they ride free with a parent; from that age they take a full share.
A party of more than 20 does not fit: this boat takes 20. Send the headcount and dates, and the reservation team tells you what can be arranged.
Pick a length: 2D1N, 3D2N or 4D3N for a group
Pick the length by the group, not by the brochure.
The standard 3D2N is the one most groups choose. Day one: you are collected between 10:00 and 11:00, the boat sails at 11:00, and the afternoon goes to Kelor on foot, Manjarite for a snorkel and Kalong for sunset. Day two begins with Padar at sunrise and carries on to Pink Beach, a ranger walk on Komodo Island, a snorkel at Taka Makassar and the finale at Manta Point. Day three: a snorkel at Kanawa and the quay near 12:00.
For a group, adapt the day. Put the Padar climb in two waves, the fit first and a chaperone at the back, so the line does not stretch for half an hour. Agree one meeting point for every landing and a headcount before the tender leaves. Keep a water break at the top.
The 2D1N is a shorter sample route for a tight week. The 4D3N is a sample with Sebayur and a spare day. Both are priced on the same bands, and the itinerary pages show each day.
On deck for 20: where the group sits, eats and meets
Twenty people need places to be. The boat has three.
The covered saloon on the main deck holds dining and lounge in one space. It is open at the sides, so the breeze comes through at every meal. Meals come from the chef, three a day, with drinking water, tea and coffee beside them.
The sun deck on the top deck has lazy chairs and bean bags. It is where the group spreads out after the climb at Padar, and where the evening goes after dinner. Keep hats and sarongs in the daypack for the midday hours.
The cabins are the third place, with air conditioning and a window. Bunk rooms are for sleeping and changing, not for meetings. Agree a time when the deck goes quiet, and bring a deck of cards and a small speaker used with sense.
Run the booking as group leader: list, deposit, date
The booking is a job for one person, and these are the steps.
First, fix the headcount band and a pair of dates. Send them on WhatsApp with the length you want, and we check the date live, as of 8 November 2026. Second, pay the deposit of 50 percent, which holds the boat. Third, send one name list, spelled as on passports or ID, about a week before sailing.
Collect the park package per head from every guest, and pay the rest 30 days ahead of sailing. Write each payment against a name. A group of 20 loses track of a transfer within the week, and a clean sheet is the cure.
Name one contact for the group and give us that phone. Day-of messages go to one person. The how-to-book page lists the channels and the fee for each, and the cabins page explains the rooming if the group wants to see it before it pays.

FAQ
Our group has more than 20 guests. How do we book?
This boat takes 20 guests at most, and we do not squeeze in more. Send us the total headcount and the dates on WhatsApp, and the reservation team tells you what can be arranged for a party of your size. Nothing is promised until it is confirmed in writing.
How many people fit on one boat for a group trip?
Up to 20 guests. That means 18 standard beds, plus the extra bed that each of the two Master Cabins takes on request. The boat carries one party only, so the full count belongs to your group, with no other guests sharing the cabins.
Who collects the money, and how do we split the boat?
One group leader collects. Divide the band fare by the headcount, add the park package per head, and note each payment by name. On 3D2N, 20 guests pay IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) each for the boat, and 12 guests pay IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307) each.
How do 20 people sleep in five cabins?
Put 3 guests in each Master Cabin, using the extra beds, which makes 6. Then fill the Sharing Rooms with 4, 6 and 4, which makes 14. Without the extra beds the boat has 18 standard beds, so ask for them early if the group is 19 or 20.
