Rent the whole boat, not a bunk: what the fare covers
Updated 8 November 2026
Komodo group charter, pay per cabin or for the whole boat: on Arfisyana only the whole boat is sold. The 3D2N costs IDR 50,000,000 (≈ USD 3,067) to IDR 70,000,000 (≈ USD 4,294) by headcount band, so 20 guests pay IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) each, with the park package on top.
Group charter: you rent the hull, never the cabin
Arfisyana is sold as one boat with one fare. Nobody buys a cabin, a bunk or a seat. You rent the boat, the boat carries your group, and the price follows your headcount in five bands: 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16 and 17-20 guests.
The tables below give all four routes, band by band, from the 2026 rate card, which runs to 31 December 2026. The smallest line on it is the one-day fare for 1-4 guests, IDR 40,000,000 (≈ USD 2,454). The flagship 3D2N runs from IDR 50,000,000 (≈ USD 3,067) for a party of four or fewer to IDR 70,000,000 (≈ USD 4,294) for a full boat.
Outside the fare sit the park package per head, tips, flights and hotels, and alcohol is not part of it either. Ask for a guide or for documentation and we quote each apart, in writing, before you pay anything.

Divide it yourself: each guest's share at 20, 16, 12, 8 and 4 guests
Divide the fare by the headcount you will actually have. That is each guest's share of the boat. The table below gives that share for every route at 2 to 20 guests, each figure rounded to ten thousand rupiah.
The bottom of a band is the worst case. A group of 17 sits in the 17-20 band and pays the same boat fare as a group of 20. On 3D2N each of the 17 pays IDR 4,120,000 (≈ USD 253), against IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) for each of 20. Three more friends make the trip cheaper for everyone, and that is the one sum worth telling the group early.
Keep the park package out of the share and collect it as its own line. From every head you want one boat share, one park package and a slice of the deposit, each amount written against a name.

Beds come with the boat: 18 standard, 20 with extra beds
The beds come with the boat. There is no price per bed, no price per cabin and no cabin supplement on this rate card. Eighteen standard beds sit across five cabins: two Master Cabins with a double bed each, and three Sharing Rooms with bunks for 4, 6 and 4 guests.
Each Master Cabin takes an extra bed on request, which lifts the count to 20. If those two beds carry a cost, you see it in our written quote before any money moves. We confirm the extra-bed setup in writing when you book, because the group leader should hold that sentence in an email, not in memory.
The sharing rooms are bunk rooms, and that is why the fare per head stays low. The cabins page shows the bed plan room by room, and the who-sleeps-where guide gives four ways to split 20.
Inside the fare: boat, crew, meals. Outside it: park package, tips
The block below lists every line inside and outside the fare. Read it with the group's money in mind.
Inside: the whole boat with its five cabins and Arfisyana's crew, breakfast, lunch and dinner from the chef, drinking water, tea and coffee, snorkel gear, towels and life jackets. A driver takes the group to the port from wherever you sleep in town or land, and brings it back at the end.
Outside, on the group's own list: the park package per head, optional tips for the crew, flights, hotels, and drinks beyond water, tea and coffee. A card-link payment adds 3 percent. A guide and photo or video work are on request, quoted apart, so ask when you book and we give you a written figure.
The 2026 rate card prints no fuel line and no room fee. If a line you need is missing, ask, and we add it to the written confirmation.

When Arfisyana cannot sail: equal replacement, or money back within 2 days
Sometimes a boat cannot sail for a reason that has nothing to do with you. If Arfisyana cannot sail on your dates, we give you another boat of the same standard or better for those dates, at no cost to you. The other choice is a full refund, in your account within 2 days. You choose.
For a group leader that settles the usual worries. The dates stay the same, so 20 flights stay valid. The class is equal or higher, so nobody's room drops a step. And because the refund comes with a deadline in days, you can tell the group exactly when the money is back.
Weather is a separate matter. The captain decides whether the sea allows a stop, and a change of order is not an operator cancellation. The guarantee covers the boat, not the swell. The exact wording sits on the booking terms page.
No minimum group, and no date that waits for other bookings
There is no minimum group. A party of one pays the first band, 1-4 guests, at the same fare as four. That makes a small party poor value on a boat this size, and the comparison page says so.
The date is yours. A charter does not wait for other bookings, so the boat sails on the confirmed date whether you bring 4 guests or 20. No departure is cancelled because a cabin stays empty, and that is the biggest difference from a seat on someone else's boat.
For the group leader it means one less thing to chase. Fix the date with the deposit, send the name list, and the trip is real. If the headcount moves into another band, tell us early and we confirm the new fare in writing.
Longer than 4D3N, or in 2027: on request, no guessed prices
Charters longer than four days are on request. Send the length you want and your dates, and we return a written quote with a route to match.
Rates for 2027 are on request too. This site shows the 2026 rate card, so read its figures as a guide for next year and not as a promise. A group of 20 that wants a school holiday or a long weekend in 2027 should ask early: large parties should pay the deposit that holds the dates first and sort the paperwork second.
Until the 2027 card exists, plan with the 2026 figures and treat our written quote as the number. A quote is not a hold, though. A hold needs a deposit, and the how-to-book page explains the order.
Hold your dates in three WhatsApp messages
Three WhatsApp messages hold the dates. Nothing else is needed to start.
Message one, from you: the headcount, the dates, the length and the hotel where the group sleeps the night before. Message two, from us: the band, the fare and a written date check. Message three, from you: the deposit receipt and the name list, spelled as on passports or ID.
Dates are checked live on WhatsApp, as of 8 November 2026. There is no weekday schedule for this boat. If it is free on the date you want, the date is yours to book; if it is taken, we say so in the same chat and suggest the nearest free dates.
After the third message the group leader has one job left: keep the list current until the day of sailing.
- Same day, 08:00 to 20:00 WITASend dates, group size and route

FAQ
What does each guest pay, and what is not in that share?
Each guest pays the whole-boat fare divided by your headcount, and the per-head table on this page gives the share for every route. The share leaves out the park package per head, tips, flights, hotels and the card fee of 3 percent, and alcohol is not included. Guide and documentation are on request, quoted apart.
How should the group split the cost of the boat?
Take the band fare and divide it by the guests who are actually coming. Then collect the park package and a deposit slice from each head as separate lines. The boat has one fare, so an even split is the simplest; if the group wants Master Cabin guests to pay more, that is your call. Note every payment by name.
Do we need a minimum number of guests to charter Arfisyana?
No. There is no minimum headcount. A group of 1-4 guests pays the first band, which is the same fare for one guest as for four. Because the boat is yours, your date does not wait for other bookings, and the boat sails on the confirmed date.
Will the boat still sail if only a few of us book?
Yes. Your charter is not a shared departure, so it does not depend on other guests filling the cabins. The boat sails on the date you confirm with the deposit. The fare follows the final headcount band, so fewer guests pay more each.
What if Arfisyana is swapped for another boat, or the operator cancels?
We place you on another boat of the same standard or better, for the same dates, at no extra charge. If you prefer, you take the full refund within 2 days. The weather is a separate matter: the captain decides whether the sea allows a stop, and that is not a cancellation.
